Caser is a program that will allow you to change the case of the currently selected text using only keyboard shortcuts.
Example,
This is An example fOR caSer.
Pressing Alt+Ctrl+Up will produce this result.
THE IS AN EXAMPLE FOR CASER.
Alt+Ctrl+Down...
this is an example for caser.
And Alt+Ctrl+Left
